The RBLS concept has been developed by Network Rail proposed to meet the challenge of providing a cost effective solution to improve safety and performance in areas where a full ETCS solution would be considered unaffordable.

Andrew Simmons, Chief Systems Engineer, Network Rail Digital Railway Team, will provide an update on the latest developments in RBLS.
